We are looking for someone experienced to help manage the office in our rapidly growing business. Experience in project management, customer service and the construction industry, would be very valuable.
The successful applicant will be working out of our Pulteney Street showroom approximately 4 hours per day, 3 to 4 days a week. The role involves responding to enquiries through email, phone, social media and in person. The role would also involve a lot of management and administration duties, including following through enquiries to quotes, completion of work and invoicing. Entering customer and job details into project management forms, scheduling and communicating with staff and subcontractors, ordering materials and seeking quotes from other trades.
Knowledge of concrete is not a pre-requisite but a love of concrete and design would surely help with job satisfaction! Our management/office team is tiny so we're looking for a confident, competent, experienced person who will bring skills to our team to help grow and strengthen the company. Calm under pressure and strong multi-tasking skills is a must as well as a positive and friendly personality!
